Westcott Terrace is an affordable mid-rise apartment community. Rental assistance for the apartments is provided under the Section 8 program. Preference is given to those applicants 62 years of age and older. The community consists of two interconnected buildings, one is a redeveloped 1950's school building and the other is a nine-story building built in 1983.
