The apartment homes make up a three and a half story building located behind the Holliston Town Hall. Built into a hill, the building includes an underground parking garage that provides some of the parking for the residents and features a community Social/Study Center. Apartment styles include a one bedroom, twenty-three two bedrooms and six three bedrooms finished with dark wood laminate flooring in the living areas and carpeting in the bedrooms. Twenty three of the homes are available for households with incomes at or below 60% of the area’s median income. To be eligible to apply for renting one of these apartments, the combined GROSS annual income from all sources for all household members must be at or below 60% of median income for the Boston Metropolitan Statistical Area (which includes Holliston). Seven of the homes will be available for households with incomes at or below 50% of the area’s median income. These applications will not be entered in the lottery. Please refer to the following 2010 income limits at 60% of Area Median Income to determine the maximum income limit for your household size.
